All of our clothing items are delivered in plastic-free, weatherproof, kraft paper mailing bags. We’ve taken time to select our packaging to help you recycle it easily.
UK Delivery
- Free delivery for orders over £50 or more
- Royal Mail Tracked Delivery £3.95 for orders under £50
- Delivery time around 7 working days
Payments and Order Process
You will receive an order confirmation from Wilder Waves after placing your order.
Can I amend my order once it’s been placed?
Unfortunately, you can’t amend your order or add items once your order has been placed.
Delivery
Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail or Courier depending on the location and size of your order. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided.
We take no responsibility for orders delivered incorrectly or returned as a result of incorrect delivery details. Please ensure delivery details are correct at the time of order.
Delivery Information
For all UK orders we use Royal Mail Tracked Shipping. Delivery is estimated at around 7 working days.
What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?
Delivery timescales are estimated however if your order doesn’t arrive after 10 working days (UK shipping addresses) or 30 working days (any other shipping addresses) please contact us. The Royal Mail will not deem a parcel as lost if not delivered within these windows.
Returns Policy
At Wilder Waves we take great care in creating every item and packaging all of our orders so that they arrive with you safely. However, if for some reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. Please note that we do not refund postage charges at this time.
Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@wilderwaves.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. You can always contact us with any return’s questions at hello@wilderwaves.com
